Art of Telephonic Conversations (Informal)

While indulging in an informal conversation,  we should try to use slang as using slang always add colours to our language. Here  I am sharing an example of how you can substitute normal words with slang. Always keep in mind that we can use slang with our friends and family only. Besides, they are used in spoken language. Have a happy learning! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Ayisha: Uh, yeah. Who’s this?

Bebo: It’s Bebo.

Ayesha: Hang on just a second (wait a minute), Cherlyn! Bebo’s phone’s for you.

Cherlyn: Who is it?

Ayesha: It’s Bebo.

Cherlyn: Hey, what’s up (slang way to say “What are you doing?”)

Bebo: Nothing. Just chillin(relaxing) at home. How bout (about )you?

Cherlyn: Just hanging out.

Bebo: You wanna grab a bite (go out for food)?

Cherlyn: Sure, what were you thinking?

Bebo: Let’s just go out and find something. I’m down for whatever (I’ll eat anything).

Cherlyn: Sounds good! I’m starving (really hungry).

Bebo: Meet ya down there in ten (minutes)?

Cherlyn: Cool see you then.
